The Survey is best done on a Computer, Laptop or a Tablet
The questionnaire consists of two Sections, namely:
Section One: Deals with obtaining demographical information which every employee must please provide.
For each of the personal Demographical questions, please select your choice.
Section Two: Deals with obtaining information on current and future skills needs per job function. This section will be completed through both a digital (online) and an interview process that a number of employees will be invited to.
All responses to this questionnaire will be treated with the strictest confidence and anonymity, in line with the POPI Act.
GUIDELINES TO COMPLETE THE SKILLS AND TRAINING NEEDS
- The survey in Section Two has three main component areas to assess your Knowledge, Skills and Behaviour.
- Each has three sections: Top10/5 Ranking, Assessment of Competencies and the need for you to Require Training.
- From the list of competencies, select the TOP10/5 that are key to performing your job competently.
- Next to each of your Top10/5 listed, rate yourself against each one of them in the appropriate space.
** Only the ones that you have ranked will become available to assess. - Indicate if you Require Training of the three types listed in the last three columns: Formal, On-the-Job or Coaching/ Mentoring.
- You are welcome to indicate your training needs in the competencies that you have not selected.
You are welcome to add further comments in the space provided at the end of the survey.
